Dear Chris and Sarah,
I am sorry that you have to experience such a devestating loss when you should be celebrating. I am glad that you had the chance to hold your son in your arms and I am sure that someday you are going to have the opportunity to be two of the most loving parents a child could ever ask for.
My love is with you today and all days and if you need anything please feel free to call.
I am sorry that I will not be at the service but I will have you in my prayers. You did a good job and I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Sarah and Chris,
We wanted to be at the calling hours but I had an appointment out of town and could not be there. We are so sorry for your loss. My husband understands the pain that you feel because his little girl died at 7 weeks old and my sister’s little boy died at birth. So many things happen in our lives that cause incredible sorrow, but Jesus said that he would never leave us or forsake us. Hang on to that promise and you will feel his peace and eventually his joy again one day.
Your beautiful son is right now rejoicing with Jesus and will be in heaven throughout eternity.
Matthew 19:13 & 14 Then little children were brought to Jesus for him to place his hands on them and pray for them. But the disciples rebuked those who brought them. But Jesus said “Let the little children come to Me and do not forbid them, for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”
Matthew 18:3 And he said “I tell you the truth unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.”
Children are precious in God’s sight and he will take care of Landon for you.
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Jesus was talking about giving your entire life to him. When you repent of your sin (turn away from all known sin) and ask Jesus for his forgiveness and walk in holiness, he promises that we will spend eternity with him. And you will see and spend eternity with Landon also. What a day of rejoicing that will be.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
We will continue to pray for God’s presence and comfort in your life. If you or your parents need anything, please feel free to call us 373-3236.
God Bless You Both,
Sheila and David Rose
